Where Does Sadie Sleep?” is a nine page book that explores where Sadie (Byron’s 19 year black tabby) sleeps during the day. The pages have photos on each page along with a simple sentence explaining where Sadie is sleeping. Kids in preschool and K-2 will enjoy this little book.

In Who Has Antlers children are asked whether moose, elk, wolves and/or caribou have antlers. Each animal is shown in a high quality photo. After each observing the picture, the child turns the page and is provided with the correct response to the question. The visual content of the book is appropriate for students in the third grade and beyond. In this activity we provide children with close up photos of six marine mammals, along with short videos of each of the animals in the water. The template then provides the children with the opportunity to write about what they have observed.

The introduction to this two part activity, written in IntelliPics Studio 3®, tells the story of Sharon who has found a note from her mother along with sixty dollars in cash. The note asks Sharon to go to the grocery store to purchase nine items. The second part of the activity was developed in IntelliTalk 3® and provides nine purchase scenarios where Sharon has to get the correct change back in the fewest number of bills and coins as she purchases each item.
